Games Arena: Ludo & More ("Games Arena", "we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the Games Arena mobile application.

Information handled by the app

Games Arena does not require you to create a personal account or provide a name, phone number, or email address to play.

The app uses third-party services for advertising, online multiplayer, security, diagnostics, and app functionality. Depending on those services and your device settings, limited technical information may be processed, including:

• Device or advertising identifiers
• Approximate location derived from network information
• App interactions
• Device and app diagnostics
• Crash and performance information

Advertising

Games Arena uses Google AdMob to display advertising, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and security.

Online multiplayer

Games Arena uses Firebase services to provide supported online multiplayer features. Firebase Anonymous Authentication may be used so players can join online matches without creating a personal account.

Temporary multiplayer information may include:

• Online room and friend-room identifiers
• Player readiness and connection status
• Game moves and synchronization events
• Rematch requests
• Preset Quick Chat messages

This information is used to provide game functionality and is not intended to identify you personally.

Quick Chat

Supported online matches may include predefined Quick Chat messages selected from options supplied by the app. Games Arena does not currently provide unrestricted free-text chat or live voice chat.

Profile images, avatars and progress

You may choose a profile image, avatar, frame, and other game customization options. Game progress such as coins, XP, levels, achievements, selected avatars, frames, and preferences may be stored locally on your device.

Data sharing

Games Arena does not sell your personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by service providers used by the app, including Google AdMob, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, and related Google services, according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data retention

Local game progress and preferences may remain on your device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Temporary multiplayer information may remain only as needed to operate rooms and matches. Third-party services may retain information according to their own retention policies.

Security

We use reasonable measures, including Firebase security rules and authentication where applicable, to protect online game functionality. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

Games Arena does not intentionally ask children to provide personal information directly. Parents or guardians should supervise a child's use of online services and advertisements when appropriate.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
